Here at AB Consultancy we are now on the lookout a for passionate and energetic people manager to join our client as Regional Training Manager

It is an exciting time to join the brand; after an amazing 2019 they are set for an even better 2020. With several new store openings already in the pipeline for the first half of the year it is their quality products, service and team of exceptional Managers keeps them at the forefront of this competitive market.

As a Regional Training Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role in the business:

· Ensuring all new sites having a fully trained team prior to opening

· Working with area managers and store managers to identify and develop members of their team

· Develop training plans and ensuring content is relevant and up to date

· Making sure that employees training logs are kept up to date

· Support the business with succession planning through developing its people and identifying skill gaps

To be considered for this position you must have:

· Experience of leading and developing successful teams

· The genuine passion for developing people

· Ability to build key relationships across all levels within the business

· Multi-site experience within the hospitality/leisure or retail sector

· Strong organisational skills

· Clean driving license
